She was acting completely fine so a few hours later we went out to run some much necessary errands. We did quite a bit but on the way to our most important errand (grocery store) She began spewing over and over again all over her and the car seat. I must admit I kind of panicked since she seemed to be choking. I slammed the car in park (I was in a parking lot), managed to get the hazards on and ran around to her side of the car. Luckily she wasn't choking but I ended up standing there in awe at the puddle of vomit she was sitting in. The poor thing wasn't even crying...she was just stunned. I had nothing to clean her up with so I had no choice but to take her home. Once we got home I stripped her down and gave her a bath. After I had her all cleaned up and dressed she let loose again. Changed her again as Chris was getting home for lunch. I hated to leave but I absolutely needed to go to the grocery store. While I was gone she threw up again! She was perfectly fine other than that. She was happy and hopping and singing and talking. While Chris was home he said his stomach didn't feel right either and it was around then that mine started feeling funny. After he left I put the kids down for a nap and took one myself. At 3 o'clock Chris came home sick from work. The kids and I slept until 5 then I took care of everyone until 8 when we put the kids to bed a little early. I was still feeling not so hot but I went into work anyway.
This morning Chris woke up and immediately called in sick. I woke up with a horrible pain in my stomach that was so bad at one point that I contemplated calling 911. A couple hours I ended up throwing up right as our new swing set was about to come up our driveway. I had been looking forward to this all week and here I was sick as a dog. I didn't end up getting sick again but I felt horrible all day...still do. I didn't go to work tonight. Chris never threw up but felt nauseous all day. Jackson seems to have been spared for now. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
Happier posting later.
