The 17th

Chris took the kids' birthday off from work so we could all spend the day together.  It was a beautiful day so Chris put together the soccer net they got from Nana and Papa and we brought a bunch of balls outside.  I knew I had to get their monthly pictures so I just followed them around snapping away.

Odds are he was saying "ball"

She was already on her way down when I snapped this shot!

Back inside (after many tears) they played a game of "daddy getting them".  They run away so fast I can't get an in focus shot.

The look on his face is priceless in this one!  Clutching his match box cars.

Extra bonus points if you know what movie this is.

In the above picture, Jackson was pushing around his beloved Hess Truck.  In the next instant he smashed his head into the bottom of the chair.  He did the Face Turning Blue Cause I'm Not Breathing Cry.  You know it's bad when they break that one out.

Getting love from Daddy

It was a great day followed by great naps.  Auntie came over after naps and we got pizza for dinner then I headed off to work.

They are so frickin' adorable. How do you stand it? And, so grown up. Madison looks like such a little lady in that outfit!!!

I can't believe how beautiful your pictures always are. Not that your gorgeous kids make it hard or anything but really - you are SO talented.

Kerry, I could kick myself for not getting a birthday card for the kiddos to you in time for their birthday.

I hope you know how much I enjoy being a remote part of your lives. I just love ya!

And OMG, these pictures are awesome! Some of the best ones of Maddie I've seen. My particular favorite is the one of her standing by the hammock but they are all AWESOME!

PS- glad I'm not the only one who takes pictures of my crying baby.

PPS- You've stumped me on the movie. You're going to let us know, right?
